The free trial

The 14-day trial gives you a deployed, operated automation system at no cost. No credit card is required and nothing charges automatically when the trial ends.

At day 14 you choose whether to continue on a paid engagement. If you do not, we wind the system down and stop processing your data.

Our services

We build, launch and operate automation on the OmnAxisAI Platform. Scope is agreed in writing before work starts and can be adjusted by mutual agreement.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for outages caused by systems outside our control.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for the lawfulness of the contact lists you ask us to message, and for holding any consents required in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use our services to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications.

Fees and cancellation

Paid engagements are billed on the cycle stated in your agreement. You may cancel with notice as set out there; fees already incurred are not refundable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
